Bank of Japan raises a new device to protect users of ATM

The Bank of Japan introduced a new device in order to protect customers during the use of ATM, especially after the increasing number of clients who have been victimized by the use of ATM by the "Alskimrz", as well as witnessed by the earthquakes in Japan last year.
